David and Kristy Chavez got double the fun when they visited Gehan Homes earlier this year — a bicycle built for two and a beautiful new home. The couples won the tandem bike after visiting the Gehan model home in Woodridge Forest. Gehan was giving away the custom ride in celebration of the grand opening connection of the Woodridge Forest trail to the Kingwood trail system."We chose a tandem bike drawing because it is clearly ‘double the fun' to build in Woodridge Forest with Gehan Homes," said Edee Phipps, sales manager for Gehan Homes.Visitors were able to tour the Gehan model at 22473 Soaring Woods Lane and add their names to the drawing. After visiting, David and Kristy decided to build with Gehan Homes. Their beautiful new residence will boast a formal dining room, study, large utility room and three bedrooms. We are so happy to have them join our fantastic community and look forward to seeing them and their new tandem bike on the trails!
