A resident of Woodridge Forest since 2014, Kenn first served on the Architectural Review Committee and then on the HOA board, starting in 2021. “Serving my community and my neighbors is a natural extension of who I am. I am grateful for the opportunity.”
In September of 2024 Kenn retired from 30 years as a Methodist pastor to begin a new season of life as a Professional Home Inspector in the State of Texas. "Inspecting homes has been a joy and doing it full time promises great returns.” Kenn and wife Cara, an elementary school administrator, have two grown children who live in the area.

I have lived in the Kingwood/Porter area for the past 15 years, and as a resident of Woodridge Forest since May 2019. I love my community, and I am actively connected with my neighbors, schools and church (St. Martha Catholic Church). As an active board member since 2024, I will continue to bring a strong work ethic and help improve our community.
I work full time as an HR professional for a Fortune 500 company. I have experience in contract negotiations, budgeting, leading projects & people, vendor management and communicating with people of all levels in different situations.
